Periodic Inspection How Does the Process Work?
Once we have received your enquiry, we clarify the scope together; we carry out site planning, technical checks and the necessary reporting steps through a transparent process.
Our aim is to accurately identify the equipment to be inspected, facilitate site preparation and reporting present the results with sufficient clarity for your organisation to monitor them.
Request
The initial scope is defined by brief information.
You do not need to have all the technical details to get started. The name of the equipment, approximate quantity, type of facility and location information are sufficient for our initial assessment.
If you are unsure of the equipment name, we will clarify the correct service heading by reviewing its intended use, a photograph or your existing equipment list together.
Planning
Planning is carried out in accordance with on-site conditions.
During the quotation and planning stages, we jointly assess the number of pieces of equipment, access conditions, working hours and the layout of the premises.
We begin the site visit well-prepared by clarifying in advance which equipment our inspection team will have access to, when and under what conditions.
Field Inspection
Site inspections are carried out in accordance with the recording procedures.
Our technical team inspects the relevant equipment and systems on site on the scheduled date; they record their findings, measurements and observations for technical assessment.
If site conditions affect the scope of the inspection, we assess this situation separately and incorporate it into the reporting process.
Reporting
The results are compiled into a clear and traceable report.
In the report we prepare following the inspection, we clearly state the equipment identification, inspection date, scope, basis, result and, where applicable, any nonconformity findings.
We do not provide guidance on maintenance, repairs or product sales. We prepare the report as an impartial and traceable technical record to enable your business to plan its own actions.
