1. Scope and responsible company
This policy applies to the website at pmh.net.tr and to PMH’s telephone and email contact channels. Once external links on the site are opened, the relevant third party’s privacy terms and conditions apply.

2. Information collected
Information you provide directly
When you contact PMH by telephone or email, your first name, surname, company name, contact details, the subject of your enquiry, facility/equipment details and the content of your message may be processed. Files such as reports, equipment lists or images are only collected when necessary and provided that you have sent them.
Form fields and file attachments
The information you enter into web forms and any optional file attachments are forwarded to the relevant corporate email group within PMH’s Google Workspace environment via the form function running on Vercel and the ‘Resend’ email service. This data is not stored in a separate CRM or form database. Permitted file types and size limits are enforced for file attachments.
Technical information generated whilst using the site
Hosting and security layers may process technical logs—such as request time, IP address, user agent, requested resource, errors and security incidents—to ensure the secure operation of the service. Vercel Web Analytics, on the other hand, converts information such as page path, referring domain, country, device, operating system and browser into aggregated metrics without creating personal profiles.
3. How do we use the information?
- To respond to enquiries and requests for quotes,
- to understand the scope of the request or periodic inspection examination,
- to conduct pre-service consultations and manage customer relations,
- to operate the website, rectify errors and prevent misuse,
- to improve content and the user experience using aggregated usage data,
- to fulfil legal obligations and protect rights.
PMH does not use the website forms for newsletters, automated marketing or advertising profiling. Therefore, no separate marketing consent is requested on the form.

The contact form is sent to the ‘info@pmh.net.tr’ group, whilst the quotation form is sent to the ‘teklif@pmh.net.tr’ group. Access to these groups is restricted to PMH users with the appropriate roles and permissions.
5. Sharing and overseas services
Information is shared only with technical service providers, legally authorised bodies or advisers necessary for the protection of a right, and is otherwise restricted to PMH authorised personnel who have the necessary access for the task. PMH does not sell personal data.
Global infrastructure providers such as Vercel may process technical data on systems located outside Turkey. When using such services, the rules of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) regarding cross-border transfers, appropriate transfer mechanisms, access restrictions and technical/administrative measures are assessed. Global service providers such as Resend and Google Workspace, which are used for form submission, are also utilised within the scope of this assessment and the necessary technical/administrative measures.
6. Security approach
PMH aims to implement security measures proportionate to the nature of the data and the associated risk. These include:
- the use of HTTPS/TLS in site links,
- restricting access to specific tasks and needs,
- strong passwords for accounts and, where possible, multi-factor authentication,
- monitoring of software dependencies, access and security incidents,
- checks on permitted types and sizes in form files,
- Avoiding the collection of unnecessary data and deleting expired records
are included. It cannot be guaranteed that data transmission over the internet is entirely risk-free.
7. Storage and deletion
Records are retained only for the purpose for which they were collected and for as long as the legal requirement remains in force. For communication and quotation records, unless there is a longer legal or contractual requirement, a maximum period of two years from the closure of the request applies. Technical security logs and anonymous statistics are retained only to the extent required by the service provider’s settings and security needs. Transmission data on Resend is subject to the retention period of the plan used; the original request record may be stored as an email in PMH’s Google Workspace environment. When the purpose or retention period ends, records are deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your preferences and rights
As the site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies, it does not display a cookie preference pop-up. Details of your rights to access, rectification, erasure, data portability and objection under the Personal Data Protection Act Data Protection Act Information Notice is explained therein.
9. Changes and contact details
