The equipment name, approximate quantity, site location, last inspection date (if applicable) and a brief description are sufficient to get started. If you do not know the equipment name, we can assess the site type, area of use or your current report together.

What should I do if I don’t know the name of the equipment?

You can provide details of your property type, the intended use of the equipment, any photographs (if available) or information from previous reports. We will use the information you provide to direct your enquiry to the correct service category.

Can more than one check be carried out on the same day?

We can plan different groups of equipment at the same site together, based on site and team suitability. This approach simplifies internal operational preparation and site organisation.

Which equipment needs to be checked?

The scope of the inspection is determined by the type of equipment, its area of use, the structure of the facility and the relevant regulatory requirements. Lifting equipment, pressure vessels, electrical installation, earthing, fire protection systems and similar technical systems may be included within the scope.

Is every inspection covered by the accreditation?

Accreditation is valid only for the scopes defined in the certificate. Therefore, whether an inspection request falls within the scope of accreditation must be assessed based on the type of equipment and the relevant inspection heading.

How often are periodic inspections carried out?

The inspection interval may vary depending on the type of equipment, relevant legislation, standards, conditions of use and the findings of previous reports. Annual inspections are carried out on many items of equipment; however, the same interval does not apply to all equipment.

What happens if I don’t know the last check date?

You can share the current report, the equipment label, maintenance records or your list of facilities. If no previous records are available, we will assess the need for an inspection based on the current condition of the equipment and the relevant requirements.

Can a follow-up examination be carried out before the check-up period has expired?

Yes. In cases such as changes to equipment, relocation, intensive use,  repairs nonconformity or operational requirements, a re-inspection may be scheduled before the expiry date.

Under which legislation are periodic inspections carried out?
